Benny Goodman 1938 - Cadogan Hall

Bandleader and clarinetist Pete Long presents a superlative recreation of one of the greatest events in jazz history - the 1938 Carnegie Hall concert.  Seventy five years ago back in the freezing winter  it was New York's hottest ticket.  Benny would, no doubt, have been delighted to learn that the music from that memorable night can still sell out a concert hall all these years later.  If you couldn't get tickets to the sell out run at Cadogan Hall, now's your chance at The Mill at Sonning.
